Clinical Sales Representative, Coronary Therapy (Central Italy)

About the Role
The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) provides clinical support to assigned accounts at a territory or regional level. Activities are driven by account planning (T1 & T2), customer needs, and the BSC sales process aimed at securing the next case.
Key Focus: Approximately 80–90% Clinical and 10–20% Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Supported by the Account Manager (AM), contributes to the annual strategic plan by providing the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Marketing with detailed business intelligence (market size, trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and stakeholder insights).
- Supports RSMs in understanding account needs and expectations to facilitate strategy development.
- Provides clinical support to medical personnel and field staff during procedures after thorough training.
- Acts as a competent contact and consultant for medical management and staff.
- Identifies and reports sales opportunities arising from clinical support; assists AM and RSM in clinical selling based on insights gathered.
- Delivers education support and maintains market share through excellent product in-servicing, evaluations, and continuous procedural education.
- Attends and actively participates in customer, company, and industry-sponsored events and meetings.
- Supports the sales team in gathering information on upcoming tenders and negotiation opportunities.
- Develops and implements proactive service support plans with the RSM and team to enhance customer service quality.
- Performs procedural training, provides clinical support, and manages clinical evaluations to secure BSC market share.
- Provides periodic updates to the Sales Force and Commercial Contracting organization.
Travel & Work Conditions
- Significant travel expected across assigned geographies; overnight stays may be required.
- Field-based position with flexibility in working hours.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in clinical and case support for medical devices.
- Education: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience in coronary therapy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic marketplace.
- Comfortable working remotely and traveling extensively as required.
