Boston Scientific is currently seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our winning team in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

Purpose

  • Core objective of this role is to support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division they represent. To aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.
  • Visit customers and / or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with your Manager.
  • Managing of existing and acquiring of new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Consequently planning and developing the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment etc.).
  • Ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs.
  • Competent contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
  • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  • Analyze and report to your Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools (e.g. AMS, etc.).

  • Participate in development of less experienced staff members.

  • Knowledge: A seasoned, experienced professional with a complete understanding and wide application of principle, theories, and concepts in the field. Applies a full understanding of area of specialization to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. General knowledge of other related disciplines, business unit function and cross group dependencies/relationships. This job is the fully-qualified career-oriented position.

Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Interprets, executes and recommends modifications to company policies. Assists in establishing departmental policies and procedures. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
  • Business Relationships and Project Management: Establishes and cultivates a wide range of business relationships to facilitate completion of assignments. May interact with vendors. Participates in determining goals and objectives for projects. May lead projects within the function or department and/or represents a specialized field in larger project teams.
