• Prospecção ativa: Identificar e conquistar novas contas estratégicas na área de eletrofisiologia, com foco em expansão de mercado e abertura de oportunidades comerciais.
• Visitas planejadas: Realizar visitas regulares a hospitais, clínicas e médicos especialistas em eletrofisiologia, apresentando soluções inovadoras da Boston Scientific.
• Desenvolvimento de negócios: Mapear territórios, levantar necessidades clínicas e propor soluções personalizadas para cada cliente, garantindo crescimento sustentável da carteira.
• Relacionamento com stakeholders: Construir parcerias sólidas com médicos, gestores hospitalares e equipes técnicas, posicionando a Boston Scientific como referência em eletrofisiologia.
• Eventos e networking: Participar de congressos, simpósios e reuniões científicas para ampliar a rede de contatos e fortalecer a presença da marca.
• Inteligência de mercado: Monitorar concorrência, tendências e feedback dos clientes, reportando resultados e insights de forma estruturada (mensal, trimestral e anual).
• Metas comerciais: Trabalhar em alinhamento com o Gerente de Território para superar objetivos de vendas e ampliar participação da Boston Scientific no segmento de eletrofisiologia.

Requisitos

• Experiência comprovada em vendas com perfil hunter, preferencialmente em dispositivos médicos ou eletrofisiologia.
• Vivência com OPME será considerada um diferencial.
• Inglês intermediário.
• CNH ativa e disponibilidade para viagens.
