A área de Operações comerciais está em busca de um Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente. Esse profissional será responsável  por atuar em diversos portais de clientes. As atividades incluem, mas não se limitam a:

• Realizar respostas de cotação;
• Negociação de cotações;
• Análise de folha de gasto pós cirurgico com resposta de cotação (pós cirurgico);
• Follow up de liberação de faturamento;
• Faturamentos;

Para essa posição, o profissional precisará ter as seguintes qualificações:

• Superior completo;
• Conhecimento em fluxo de hospitais e operadoras de saúde;
• Conhecimento em Excel;
• Inglês intermediário;
• Perfil analitico, com visão comercial;
•  Será um plus: Conhecimento em portais de saúde (INPART, OPMENEXO, EMS, TOP SAÚDE,);
• Será um plus: Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis;
