The position requires experience in the healthcare compliance, particularly in medical device or pharmaceutical companies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and focus on interactions with HCPs (Health Care Professionals), carrying out due diligence activities, supporting internal investigations, and conducting compliance training.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•            Ensure that all company activities and processes comply with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.

•            Support the gathering of information for internal investigations related to potential compliance violations.

•            Perform due diligence on companies and business partners, ensuring that practices align with internal policies.

•            Develop and deliver compliance training to internal teams, focusing on ethical and regulatory practices.

•            Assist in the analysis and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure continuous compliance.

•            Contribute to the creation and updating of compliance materials and market regulations.

 

Requirements:

 

•            Previous experience in compliance, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical companies.

•            Degree in Law (preferred) or related fields.

•            Ability to quickly learn about the company’s context, its associations, and applicable regulations.

•            Advanced English, both for reading and written/verbal communication.

•            Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency to handle demands and deadlines.

•            Skill in conducting investigations and critically analyzing data.

•            Competent in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
