Atividades: 

• Gestão de escritórios de advocacia parceiros;
• Elaboração, análise e revisão de contratos comerciais;
• Revisão de procurações;
• Gestão dos processos de assinatura de contratos e da plataforma utilizada nesses processos;
• Elaboração de apresentações para reuniões;
• Atividades administrativas gerais da área;

Requisitos:

• Interesse em trabalhar na área de Compliance;

• Estudante do 2º, 3º ou 4º ano de Administração, Contabilidade, Economia e correlatas;

• Inglês avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação);

• Desejável: vivência na área de Compliance/Jurídica, consultiva e/ou contratos;

• Profissional com atenção aos detalhes, ótima organização, vontade de trabalhar em empresa/compliance, boa comunicação, boa postura, que lida bem com pressão/alta demanda.
