The National Account – Brazil S&S is a key commercial role focused on enabling and driving business growth through strategic collaboration with healthtech startups and healthcare providers (hospitals and clinics) in Brazil. This person will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and co-developing value-based digital solutions that address the specific needs of healthcare institutions by combining Beyondcare offerings with innovative startup technologies and services.​

​This role requires a deep understanding of both sides of the ecosystem (healthcare institutions and emerging digital health ventures) and the ability to act as a connector, translator, and orchestrator between them. The ideal candidate will bring a startup mindset, commercial acumen, and consultative sales capabilities to shape joint solutions that unlock business opportunities and impact patient care.​

 

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Act as the primary liaison between Boston Scientific, healthtech startups, and healthcare customers to develop integrated commercial opportunities.​

  • Identify, qualify, and build partnerships with relevant startups aligned with the Beyondcare portfolio and the unmet needs of hospitals and clinics.​

  • Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their operational and clinical pain points and map those needs to startup and Beyondcare offerings.​

  • Lead the presales and sales process of these collaborative solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory, operational, and business constraints.​

  • Present compelling business cases and value propositions to both internal and external stakeholders.​

  • Drive opportunity management from identification to deal closure using Salesforce and other sales tools.​

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Brazilian digital health and startup landscape , emerging trends, investment activity, and partnerships.​

  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment with LATAM cross-functional teams and implementation leads.​

  • Navigate ambiguity and dynamically shift strategy based on market evolution, startup performance, and customer feedback.​

  • Monitor post-sale performance and satisfaction, ensuring long-term customer success and startup viability.

 

Profile Requirements:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Engineering, Innovation, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.​

  • Proven experience in B2B solution sales, business development, or partnerships ; ideally within healthcare, healthtech, or technology sectors.​

  • ​Strong understanding of Brazil’s healthcare system, private and public sector dynamics, and the innovation/startup ecosystem.​

  • Experience working with or within startups (healthtech, medtech, digital health, SaaS, etc.) is highly valued.​

  • Ability to bridge technical and business discussions — simplifying complex concepts for decision-makers.​

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2) is required; Spanish is a plus.​

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, influence, and ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.​

  • ​Highly adaptable and entrepreneurial, with a hands-on approach and comfort navigating ambiguity.​

  • Willingness to travel across Brazil and LATAM for meetings, pilots, and partnership development
