Responsibilities

 

• Develop and maintain business management reports, presentations and evaluations;

• Control area indicators, analyze root causes and propose correction actions;

• Focal point for system implementation, development and improvements into Customer Excellence Area;

• Identify and map opportunities for improvement in the service to new customers;

• Participate in internal and external meetings that focus on Customer Excellence discussions;

• Automate internal processes;

• Automate quote and order processes in portals.

 

Minimum Qualification 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration and/or Engineering;
  • Advanced English is essential;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Experience: Commercial administrative or Supply areas;
  • Knowledge: Tableau or Power BI, VBA and Salesforce.
