Job Description

The tender specialist will be responsible for creation of comprehensive responses to calls for tender. Review each call for tender in detail with the responsible commercial person to determine a response strategy, which includes scope of delivery, pricing, and internal approvals.

The tender specialist will co-mange the tender process to assist in the sustainable growth of market share of the public market, contract compliance as specified in the request for quotation and tender scope and supplier contracts.

As a tender specialist you will be also responsible for monitoring of tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, reporting and compliance. You will assist in the management of data related to tendering process.

Core Activities

  • Tender Notice Capture: Identify the tender opportunities with search tools.
  • Tender Notice Analyses: Understand the tender notice demand and characteristics, star the tender processed, review the participation documents.
  • Bid Participation: Participate in electronic auctions, follow up on bidding chat and submit bids. Assist face-to-face bids with documentation and permits.
  • Tender Documentation: Do and renew the company's registration in public agencies and control homologations. Keep track of certificate validity.
  • Invoice: Follow up the reception of invoice from tenders, updating information for billing and track up the consumption of the cosigned devices at tender contracts, looking for the main reasons for loss.
  • Overdue: Follow up with finance team customers.

Minimum Qualification

  • At least 2 year of tender experience.
  • MS Office.
  • Advanced English.
