Support the IC team through providing training administration to internal team, distributors and partners, logistic support and materials management.
Key Responsibilities |

- Training & Logistics Coordination - Training Courses: Checking resources, including scheduling trainers diaries, Ensuring transport, restaurants, hotels are booked, Ensure training rooms are available and equipped, Communicate with participants. Tracking and reporting course participation, Ensures course descriptions are up to date and entered in People Soft. Other: Managing sponsorship and honorariums for physicians etc., Managing contracts for physicians working with the training department.
- Training Material Management & Distribution: Franchise Specific; Training: Maintaining a stock of Training manuals, Samples, literature & other media., Ensure samples & materials are available to support local training, Sales.
- Training Development Assistance - Training Courses: Update & archive all training/presentation materials, Co-ordinate franchise training needs assessment task forces (Liaison with Marketing & US to ensure latest materials are available., Create and maintain a library of images and videos, Source additional new training material), E-learning: Ensure new BSC clinical & technical e-learning solutions are available to Int'nl, Tracking this e-learning participation, scores, and compliance, Other: Manage L&R approval for Training Materials.
- Presence in the field: be close to distributors coordinating trainings in person and online.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Fluent English
Solid experience in trainning management
