Boston Scientific is currently seeking an exceptional Stock Clerk I to join our winning team in São Paulo, Brazil.

 

Purpose

 

  • Assists in receiving, handling and dispatching goods in the warehouse and maintaining records according to defined standards.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Receives incoming shipments, checks for damage and for discrepancies between shipments and invoices. Stores products in designated locations.
  • Verifies orders. Operates computer to electronically guide order picks and check items off picking list. Packs and dispatches outgoing products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participates in stock counts as required.
  • Prepares the necessary documentation and maintains records associated with the receipt of products into a store and/or the dispatch of finished products.
  • Maintains warehouse housekeeping in accordance to documented standards.
  • Processes any returned goods as per documented procedure. Examines for conformity with returns acceptance criteria.
  • Completes non-conformance reports as per documented procedure when required.
  • Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, procedure and quality system. Recommends actions to prevent the occurrence of these problems.

  • Ensures that all activities comply with ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System.
  • Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
  • May have responsibility for labeling product or adding/changing DFUs as required by the local market. Performs activities as directed per documented procedures.

 

Minimum Qualification

  • High School Degree or studyng Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related areas;
  • Previous experience in Logistics;
  • Previous experience with Quality Procedures.
