Purpose Statement :

Create, direct, and lead the development and execution of the marketing and sales strategies for the country. Responsible for managing all aspects of the divisional product franchises or the solution portfolio to establish and maintain a market leadership position in the country for the individual product lines or solutions.

Determine and implement the appropriate marketing & sales models to maximize revenue and profit.

Lead the formation of the Strategic Plan through Market Opportunity Assessment and Customer Segmentation. Set specific strategy for key accounts and groups.

Drive execution of the plan through leadership and coaching of the country team.

Work in line with EMEA stakeholders and cluster sales and marketing strategies to plan, schedule and execute sales tactics in securing BSC positioning, market penetration, training, and forecasting against market and sales plans.

Reference marketing intelligence and research to properly strategize with sales team to capture and broaden BSC's market share. 

Aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning and people management.
