About the role:
This role has the unique ability to have a deep and meaningful impact on the staff and organization. You will be on the leading edge of process changes, software updates, scientific and technological advances and integration into workflows. You will lead Role Progression, Coaching, Auditing, and other various projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead new hire training
- Keeping training materials up to date
- Adjust training as needed for each individual class
- Improve quality by highlighting areas of need
- Keep training spreadsheets and global tracking forms up to date
- Assign WI’s and ensure new trainees have signed off
- Hold one on ones (Coaching) for anyone identified for further assistance
- Help with workflow audits
- This position works fully onsite with some remote projects
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years ECG interpretation
- Bachelor’s Degree OR a combination of education and experience
- Experience working as a Holter technician
- Computer literate
- Must be able to communicate effectively; both verbal and written
- Must be able to work 45 - 50 hours per week
Preferred qualifications:
- Two years Preventice experience
- LIMS experience is a bonus
- Training and documentation creation
- Public speaking and/or presentation experience
- Self-starter and works independently, with a strong work ethic
- Critical Thinking, patience, and creativity are necessary for success
