About the role:
Our Sales Enablement Organization is looking for a rock star Senior Global Service Product Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for developing innovative new service offerings and harmonizing existing offerings globally to drive service sales growth across Boston Scientific. This critical role will also be a major contributor to the overall service sales strategy within the CETS (Capital Equipment Technical Services) Sales and Marketing Team.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Successfully manage product lines post-market launch
  • Create buy-in for the product vision, both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop global relationships and build credibility with key internal cross-functional stakeholders
  • Assess service product pricing and utilize market research data on a regular basis to ensure optimal health of the business against the ever-changing competitive landscape
  • Develop insights and analytics into product line pricing and profitability
  • Build robust processes for sales funneling and opportunity management to drive revenue growth from existing capital equipment installed base
  • Build service sales training material and train sales reps on selling and driving the value of service
  • Conduct voice of customer research to understand the true needs of the market
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill service product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive multi-year revenue growth
  • Develop creative downstream marketing solutions and tools to create value and support the needs of the sales team
  • Understand product life cycle management and provide inputs as a key stakeholder for service sales in cross-functional teams
  • Support brand marketing, including material development (digital, print, etc.), presentations, and customer and sales questions
  • Provide information for management and divisional teams on service metrics and KPIs to measure divisional service success 
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

 
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
  • Must have minimum 5 years of Product Management experience 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships
  • Experience adhering to deadlines for marketing launches
  • Experience in developing value propositions, positioning and targeting
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data
  • Willing to travel 25%, including domestic and international. Note: COVID-19 precautions currently restrict travel. At Boston Scientific, our priority is to protect and aid the health and safety of our employees, our physician customers, and their patients

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or Business Administration with Marketing minor
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree
  • 7 or more years of Product Management experience
  • Salesforce.com CRM experience
  • Capital Equipment Product Management experience
