Participates in data integrity, system testing and data flow. Analyze, evaluate, and test business system(s). Support customer assistance requests as required and implements new configurations of information.



  • Prepares define requirements by analyzing business processes.
  • Design & construct solutions by analyzing of business processes and requirements, preferably within Salesforce.
  • Test's business process solutions by creating and executing testing scenarios.
  • Implements business process solutions by creating, delivering, and training users on new business processes and systems.
  • Ensure business processes are stable after a new system implementation (or change) by understanding the impact of the changes on the process.
  • Interface with other cross-functional Analysts to ensure enhancements support and complement other business systems.
  • Supports end-users in the day-to-day application of the system by discussing and solving problems (problem resolution, running queries, providing first-line support).
  • Complete the configuration for users within Salesforce, or other cloud-based technologies and design solutions that will aid in the visualization of data (i.e.: reports and dashboards)
  • Collaborate with the regional Salesforce team to test and verify that solutions will meet business requirements
  • Participate in key meetings including requirement sessions, system demos and end user training



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business and preferred 1-2 years’ work experience in Salesforce; administrative tasks including, and not limited to: profiles, roles, user management, reports, and dashboards.  Experience with Salesforce reporting functions including dashboard and report design preferred.  Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum processes and / or other project management capabilities. Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.  Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.  Self-motivated and able to influence others.  Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
