● Track, report, and resolve device and patient-related issues using approved corporate procedures.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within hospital systems.

● Support professional education initiatives, workshops, and clinical training programs.

● Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, quality systems, and regulatory standards, maintaining a strong commitment to patient safety.

Required qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Nursing, Business, or a related field.

● Minimum of 3–5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a corporate and/or medical device environment.

● Demonstrated professional maturity and autonomy, with the ability to operate independently in high-pressure clinical settings.

● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex clinical situations and make sound decisions.

● Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience supporting or developing junior team members.

● Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with frequent changes in priorities and schedules.
