About the role:

Responsible for leading complex financial planning processes, consolidating strategic analyses, and providing direct financial advisory to senior leadership. This role influences business decisions through the design of advanced financial models, trend visualization, and coordination of key initiatives at the country, business unit, or functional level, aligned with Boston Scientific’s strategic priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full financial planning cycle: forecasting, budgeting, and medium/long-term projections.
  • Coordinate financial performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for proactive recommendations.
  • Manage cross-functional financial projects with regional or corporate impact.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and executive reports for decision-makers.
  • Act as a business partner with strategic areas (sales, marketing, operations).
  • Evaluate investment cases, product profitability, mergers, acquisitions, and/or expansions.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all critical financial information.
  • Lead the implementation of improvements in financial processes, automation, and standardization.

 

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in financial analysis within multinational companies.
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience using Oracle Hyperion and SAP.
  • Applied knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and financial automation is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with leadership and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Leadership without authority, proactivity, strategic thinking, and results orientation.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $41,200 to $59,700 , plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
