We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity. 

The Supply Chain Manager will review and Propose improvements to the Supply Chain Organization with regards to Demand Planning, Field Inventory Management, Customer Service and Logistics in order to align and improve communication with the International and Global Supply Chain community.



  • Reviews, Analyses and Suggests improvements for the Inventory Management and NPL execution.
  • Interacts with  the Country/Regional Operations on: DC Replenishment targets setting and OTO process management; Inventory analysis Line Fill rate root cause analysis and corrective action; Backorder (Open Order) availability information; E,E&O & short Shelf Life process assistance; Generate Monthly metrics and reports; New Product Launch execution and Inventory setting; Material Master Maintenance; Finance team on Consignment Target setting and Analysis; Procurement of OEM materials; Quarterly Inventory Projection for QBR.
  • Interacts with Country/Regional/International Marketing / BUM on: Country New Product Launches Demand Forecasting; ABC product Classification; Scrap and write off reduction; Product Allocation.
  • Interacts with Finance on: Scrap and write off reduction; E,E&O & short Shelf Life process assistance; Monthly Purchase Plan.
  • Interacts with Divisional Demand Planning on: Month End reporting consolidation for International for his/her franchise; Yearly and Mid Year Inventory Projection.
  • Key local country and local markets knowledge application.
  • Interacts and improves the communication with Global Supply Chain.
  • Oversees implementation and execution of projects designed to substantially increase access and ensure compliance to BSC critical SOPs.
  • Interacts with commercial teams to support customer segmentation strategies
  • Drives transformational projects to automate non-value-added activities, reduce cost, improve efficiencies to provide better service to internal and external customers
  • Frequently visits customers to understand their needs and find win-win opportunities
  • Periodically reviews the distribution network to find the optimal location and sizes of warehouses around the country
  • Quality: Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.



  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related business or technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 years combined progressive experience in supply chain management or operations management, project management and team leadership skills.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong success record implementing supply chain improvements.
  • Leadership experience; leading and motivating others. Previous commercial management experience and ability to drive strong financial performance from assigned business unit.
  • Proficient with ERP- MPS/MRP systems & MS Office applications and reporting tools, i.e., Business Warehouse/Tableau.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization as well as with suppliers and exercising a high degree of tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
  • Good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.
  • Ability to build, coach and motivate high performance teams, while holding employees accountable for results.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)



  • Professional APICS or similar certification.
  • MBA
  • Six sigma certification and continual process improvement experience
