About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales revenue while delivering clinical excellence across hospitals, ASCs, and office-based practices. This hybrid role combines sales, clinical support, and education to maximize customer engagement and elevate patient outcomes.
You will build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff; stay ahead of clinical and competitive trends; and support in-field activities such as procedures, training, and troubleshooting. Your problem-solving mindset and consultative selling approach will enable you to respond confidently in complex clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales to exceed regional targets and expand market share.
• Identify and develop new businesses aligned with company vision and priorities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across multiple healthcare stakeholders.
• Create and execute quarterly business plans focused on revenue and clinical goals.
• Present value propositions incorporating clinical efficacy and financial value.
• Provide in-field support during procedures involving pelvic floor implants and therapies.
• Offer clinical insights and expertise to enhance outcomes for both physicians and patients.
• Support case coverage, troubleshooting, and patient follow-up as needed.
• Train physicians, nurses, and office staff on device usage, patient selection, and clinical protocols.
• Represent BSC in patient education events and provider-focused learning sessions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, and Sales teams to drive business goals.
• Utilize Salesforce, Tableau, and CRM tools for planning, documentation, and analytics.
• Manage territory activities in compliance with BSC’s Code of Conduct and T&E policies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years in direct sales; 5+ years total relevant business or clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales success and/or experience in healthcare environments.
• Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• High initiative, adaptability, and ability to manage a dynamic territory.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in urology, urogynecology, or pelvic health specialties.
• Background in medical device sales and/or clinical case support.
• Consultative selling of disruptive technologies.
• Clinical training or mentoring experience.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $57,100 to $113,600, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
