ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Support Specialist is a key operational extension of the sales function. This role supports Sales Representatives by confirming product usage, solving discrepant inventory, order processing accuracy, and enabling effective day-to-day sales execution. By helping reduce operational friction, this role enhances field readiness, improves sales efficiency, and contributes to a superior customer experience.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Partner with Sales Representatives by performing cycle counting activities at customer accounts. Identify and validate product usage at customer locations to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Actively participate in resolving discrepant inventory levels at customer accounts, in partnership with Sales Representatives and customers.
  • Provide insight into product movement and customer activity to identify patterns, support revenue accuracy, and enable strategic decision-making.
  • Track and document used, expired, or short-dated products to support sales-driven replenishment and customer service.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to execute field-readiness initiatives and provide input from frontline activity to enhance tools, training, and processes.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Care, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination on product-related matters.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or operations support role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales teams and cross-functional partners.
  • High attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in healthcare environments and with clinical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
  • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Commercial Support roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; understanding of sales workflows.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical device environments preferred.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $ to $, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
