About the role:

The CRM Therapy Awareness Representative (TAR) will be fully responsible for the commercial development and market adoption of CRM therapies within an assigned territory. This sales-driven role requires a strategic focus on identifying key accounts, referral networks, and healthcare professionals who influence therapy utilization. The TAR will proactively engage with Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and hospital administrators to understand both clinical and business needs. A key component of this role involves frequent customer visits to develop and strengthen relationships through therapy awareness activities, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observations, trade show participation, and effective problem-solving. The TAR will position CRM therapies as comprehensive healthcare solutions, provide market insights, and collaborate with the sales team to accelerate therapy adoption. Success in this position requires strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships across diverse healthcare settings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and referral networks that influence therapy adoption.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific therapy awareness plans aligned with CRM division strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPs, ICs, PCPs, and hospital administration.
  • Conduct frequent customer visits to deliver product presentations, organize educational events, and support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Provide procedural observation support as part of therapy awareness, not clinical guidance.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to drive therapy visibility and awareness.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the Sales Management team to inform commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional team members to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Monitor competitive activity and remain current on CRM industry trends, technologies, and clinical developments.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of successful sales and/or sales management experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry (CRM or Cardiology preferred).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong selling skills with a proven ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to set strategic direction within the territory.
  • Results-driven team player who excels in fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environments.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and highly goal-oriented.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in both hospital and outpatient settings.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change, able to thrive in evolving market conditions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Availability to participate in evening trade shows, weekend events, or off-hour physician meetings as required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $41,200 to $78,300, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
