Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor tailored action plans for each client.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to resolve customer needs efficiently.
• Conduct market analysis and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
• Travel extensively (40% to 60%) within the assigned territory to meet clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in a health-related field (other degrees may be considered if the candidate meets the job profile).
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with high initiative and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in market analysis, sales, and marketing.
• Knowledge of surgical wards and the dynamics between nurses and physicians.
