Boston Scientific is seeking a high-impact Supply Chain E2E Leader to transform the Chile supply chain from an execution-focused function into a strategic business partner orchestrator. This role is about shaping how decisions are made, driving alignment across Commercial, Finance, and Operations, and positioning Chile as a benchmark for next-generation supply chain leadership in LATAM.
Role Purpose
- Transform supply chain into a strategic orchestrator.
- Drive alignment across Commercial, Finance, and Operations.
- Implement AI-enabled decision frameworks and governance.
- Establish Chile as a LATAM benchmark for speed, clarity, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business-Oriented Supply Chain Strategy
- Define and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.
- Translate supply chain insights into business impact (revenue, margin, cash flow).
- Shape trade-offs between service levels, inventory, and financial performance.
2. Enterprise Orchestration & Stakeholder Influence
- Act as integrator across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations.
- Lead complex cross-functional discussions where priorities conflict.
- Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
- Build trust-based relationships and challenge assumptions to enable better decisions.
3. Decision Governance & AI Integration
- Define and implement decision rights framework: automated (AI), human-led, and hybrid decisions.
- Eliminate low-value approvals, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Act as decision architect to enable faster, higher-quality decisions.
4. Demand Planning Evolution
- Lead predictive analytics and scenario modeling.
- Improve forecast accuracy and reduce variability.
- Implement probabilistic forecasting and risk-based planning.
- Anticipate demand volatility, supply constraints, and allocation risks.
- Optimize inventory strategy balancing service, risk, and cash flow.
- Partner with Finance to align inventory decisions with financial objectives.
5. Digital & Data-Driven Transformation
- Champion a data-first culture.
- Leverage SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-enabled tools.
- Build executive dashboards for real-time decision-making.
- Promote automation of repetitive tasks.
6. S&OP / IBP Excellence
- Evolve S&OP into a true decision-making platform.
- Align demand, supply, and financial plans.
- Facilitate scenario-based discussions and proactive risk management.
- Ensure accountability and execution of agreed plans.
7. Organizational Transformation
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Foster curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop stakeholder capabilities in data literacy and decision-making.
- Promote agile ways of working and experimentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or leadership roles.
- Experience in complex, matrix organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with ERP (SAP) and BI tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).

- Strong business acumen (connecting supply chain decisions to P&L impact).
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Operations, Strategy, or Analytics.
- Certifications in APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools or advanced analytics.
- Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives.
