About the role
The surgical assistant must be a professional who combines technical knowledge with communication and customer service skills to ensure the success of the company's products and meet the needs of healthcare professionals. Provides on-site clinical support and follows up with patients implanted with the company's products. Finally, provides educational support on the use of the products and customer training.
Your responsibilities will include
- Responsible for developing strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare and administrative professionals.
- Develops and executes an action plan for each client.
What we Are looking for in you
Required qualifications:
- University studies related to nursing, midwifery and medical technology are required. Other careers are accepted as long as the candidate meets the profile of the position.
- More than one year of experience in the operating room.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Position in Chilean territory.
- Interest in market analysis and local sales.
- This position requires 10% to 20% travel.
Preferred qualifications
- English (intermediate level) spoken and written. *Not exclusive.
