Roles & responsibilities

- 新医院新产品及策略产品的启动上市技术层面(耗材/设备/药物/导管室人员分工/术前规划科会/术中支持/术后回顾分析/术后总结)支持；

- 新医院新产品及策略产品开展前Workflow梳理，规划及院内落地

- 培训其它相关同事进行新产品的启动上市（术前培训/现场带教/术后总结回顾等方式进行带教培训）；

- 对外进行术者培训；

- 对内进行相关的人员新产品及重点产品相关知识及操作应用等培训（具备丰富电生理行业经验，针对重点产品相关问题可熟练解答）。

Capability and skill set

- 丰富的电生理手术支持经验储备（独立电生理手术支持经验/熟悉电生理手术流程）及新医院开发经验

- 熟悉电生理产品的完整细节流程包括耗材准备/设备设置连接等，可熟练指导术者进行手术及术中疑难点处理

- 对电生理常见的临床疑问能熟练解答并提供反馈意见

- 可指导区域内临床一线同事并进行复杂手术支持

- 流畅的沟通能力及演讲能力

- 英文听说读写能力流利
