 Responsibilities

  • Initiate collaborative mechanism to combine internal resources and channel partners network into integrated solution for local market development.
  • Scale up effective channel development projects to enhance channel coverage and improve channel resources utilization
  • Prioritize channel investment over across various business segments
  • Track channel project progress and implement timely adjustment as necessary
  • Interact with BU Leadership team and channel management team regarding channel resources leverage and investment to align channel strategy and focus
  • Collect channel partners feedbacks and continuously drive channel effectiveness and efficiency

For VBP Product

  • Establish, develop, reform and manage distribution channels to achieve company's strategy and business goal under channel restructuring after VBP.
  • Plan and execute channel strategies and policies to meet requirement of VBP policies.
  • Execute and support key channel projects and activities related to VBP.
  • Lead and drive channel reform during the restructuring after VBP by channel adjustment, transition and integration.
  • Lead VBP channel management including distributor recruit, performance track, termination, monitoring and empowerment, while sustaining strong relationships, together with internal related teams to ensure a solid and sustainable business growth after VBP.
  • Drive blank market coverage by introduce channel resource, distributor recruit and cross-division cooperation during the channel restructuring.
  • Collect and analyze market and channel information of VBP policies and combine the business intellegence with channel strategies and execution.
  • Provocatively identify VBP distribution risks and mitigation plans.

  • A strong self-starter with strategic and practical thinking, sharp business acumen, ability to drive sustainable changes through cross team coordination.
  • Open minded to new ideas and different opinions within/outside of current organization

Technical Capability:

  • Strong inter-personal skill
  • Proactive thinker

Industry Experience

  • At least 5-year sales manager experience in medical device industry.
  • Channel management experiences will be favorable

Team Spirit:

  • Strong feeling of commitment among team members to achieve targets.

Project Experience

  • Significant experience leading projects and working with cross functional teams with a results-oriented mentality.
