1 搭建各类ad hoc分析报告和模型
2 BI dashboard 的内容优化、设计、维护
3 各类分析工具底层数据逻辑的梳理和链接
4 central business performance reporting的制作

用人需求
Hard skill: 需会sql, 会python, 复杂数据处理能力要求很高（没办法compromise），会PBI加分，面试后会有tech 测试
Soft skill: 对业务数据分析上有热情, 对事情有想法，对复杂线索有耐心梳理，学习能力强，有把事情做好的意义和习惯, 能胜任跨部门合作
行业背景：不限，互联网金融等都行，看重技术和逻辑思维
职位背景：BI/BP/advisory/data analysis 等都可以
