General Summary:

The position is the key role in continuously improving channel management effectiveness and efficiency. Provide management team with insightful business analysis to identify current challenges and high potential growth opportunities. Act as a key Business Partner with channel team and BU teams to closely monitor key business trends and promote centralized management rules and best practice.

Job Description:

• Provide BU team and channel managers with multiple dimension analysis, including high-level summary and detailed channel KPIs tracking on a regular or ad hoc basis
• Drive impact on business and provide guidance for channel strategy/policy based on solid data analysis, including but not limited to VBP channel optimization, hospital coverage exploration and channel risk mitigation
• Interact with key internal and external stakeholders to continually enhance channel management capability with advanced systems, AI tools and etc.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve systemic data issues to ensure data validation
• Collect market information or industry data as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Statistics and Computer Science, or a related field
• A strong self-starter with strategic and analytical thinking, sharp business acumen, ability to impact and influence, strong project management.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations based on business sense.
• At least 5-year experience in corporate strategy, management consulting or equivalent.
• In-depth data analysis and logical reasoning skill, familiar with popular BI tools, i.e. PowerBI, Tableau
• Solid experience in leading projects and working with cross functional teams with a results-oriented mentality.
• Excellent communication capability to senior leadership (verbally and using presentation slides).
• Results oriented and details driven
