About the role:

作为商务部的一部分，渠道运营团队负责与经销商日常管理有关的工作，主要职责为管理经销授权管理，经销协议签订，协助渠道商务/业务团队/市场部制定并落地商业政策，推动渠道流程优化，日常监督管理经销商合规流程，以及参与、支持渠道创新项目。

Your responsibilities will include:

日常运营

• 与销售团队、财务部、渠道经理、市场部合作，参与制定并负责执行包括返利、促销、退换货和经销商分级管理在内的商业政策。确保商业政策被正确地制定，准确按时地执行。灵活支持业务调整价格策略，并确保合规性，评估风险。
• 每季度各类商业政策计算
• 搭建数据分析模型，商业政策有效性分析，追踪调整
• 一级经销商授权指标管理，合同签署和发放。
• 参与讨论各业务部门流程中涉及渠道运营的部分，提供解决方案；
• 渠道相关问题的协调与解决。

经销商管理

• 对经销商/平台的日常培训，包括商业政策、渠道规则等。
• 协助渠道运营经理执行KPI管理，防范合规质量风险，帮助经销商解决对接过程中的问题。
• 对物流平台进行日常管理，确保平台的运营符合原厂渠道要求。

项目管理

• 参与并支持渠道流程及系统的优化，精益渠道端流程，跨部门沟通完成项目目标。

能力要求：

• 5年或以上的渠道、运营或者数据有关的工作经验
• 2年或以上独立负责项目管理的经验，项目包括但不限于系统搭建，流程优化等
• 有在同行业经销商管理工作经历的优先
• 具备强烈的自我驱动能力，乐意积极面对挑战和变化
• 具备良好的组织能力、人际关系处理能力和团队合作精神
• 熟练使用Microsoft Office，具有一定的数据处理能力
