职责描述:
- 负责组建和管理销售团队,确保团队成员具备必要的销售技能和产品知识。
- 与团队成员进行定期的工作回顾,跟踪指标完成情况,讨论潜在问题和挑战,共同制定解决方案,推动销售计划落地,促进业务指标达成。
- 带领团队成员持续为客户提供学术化的专业解决方案,助力业务指标达成。
- 带领并指导团队成员与关键业务伙伴建立合作关系,加强业务沟通,合理利用各方资源和平台,打造差异化且合规的客户活动。
- 带领下属了解区域竞争态势,解读相关区域业务数据,识别和把握业务机会并及时主动向上沟通。
职位要求:
- 本科及以上学历,6年及以上医疗器械相关行业销售经验,1年及以上销售管理经验;
- 良好的沟通、团队合作能力
- 踏实勤奋,有吃苦耐劳精神
- 良好的领导力,解决问题的能力和不断学习的能力
- 诚信,有责任心,富有激情,有创造力,有良好的工作抗压能力
