Purpose Statement 目的

As a member of the Quality team, guided by or partner with Microbiologist and Chemist or Quality Engineer, execute Lab reagent and sampling management, manual test or operate testing machine, perform data collection and/or analysis.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

Understand and adhere to all relevant regulatory and BSC requirements relative to Lab management, Microbiology and Chemistry,
Receive, register, label and store environmental, raw-material and finished product samples according to established procedures,
Coordinate and/or performance testing equipment and/or tool maintenance and calibration,
Prepare media, reagents and diluents as needed,
Execute environmental monitoring related verification and testing, including but not limited to the test related to Clean Room, water system and compressed air system,
Execute material and product verification and testing, including but not limited to physical performance, chemical performance, bioburden, Endotoxin, sterility and particulate,
Perform data collection and/or analysis, deliver testing record/report as required,
Manage inventory of reagents such as culture media and chemicals,
Implement proper waste segregation, decontamination and biosafety level containment as required,
Handle non-conformances and OOS,
Support and coordinate external test,
Develop Lab management and testing related procedures with the guidance from Engineer,
Participate in cross-functional project as required,
Support Internal/External audits,
Perform and assist with additional duties as may be directed by the supervisor.

Requirements 岗位要求

Associate degree or above.
Minimum 3 years of medical device testing experience.
Prior experience in biochemical testing within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or food industries is preferred.
