Senior Specialist, Learning and Development

Key responsibilities

Section I: Training Strategy

 Closely work with Learning and Development team, to implement training strategies that support Greater China’s business strategies.

 Support in building a strong learning culture throughout the organization

 Section II: Sales Training

 Implement training programs as planned based on needs-assessment and in discussion with AD, execute tactics to strengthen and accelerate sales effectiveness

 Strengthen the knowledge, skills, performance and attitude of new and existing field sales personnel.

 Serve as a contact person between sales team and business partners.

 Drive best practices throughout the sales organization to ensure consistent, high quality and repeatable performance.

 Work in the field with sales personnel and conduct sales training programs in Greater China

 Evaluate each training program

 Focus on post-training follow-up and feedback to AD

 Manage remote learning system and suggest necessary actions to be taken

 Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

 Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

 Should have an experience works in medical devices industry.

 Should have a minimum experience of 3 years preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience as a sales manager or/and sales trainer for a minimum of 2 yrs will be an advantage.

 In addition to classroom training, remote learning and print collateral experience, the incumbent should have had experience in field sales coaching, supporting sales representatives and sales managers with the right kind of training intervention.

 Certification as a trainer in acclaimed training programs will be an added advantage

 Demonstrated field sales coaching experience

 Strong business partnering skills and influencing skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, high growth environment.
