Role Purpose

This position devleops and scales HCP training and education programs in order to drive awareness and adoption of our key technologies, in line with the commercial needs of business franchises in APAC team. With time, this position would evolve into a subject matter expert that leads HCP education design and implementatino in specfiic domains, which align with the priorities of APAC Digital Center of Excellence and APAC Strategic Plan.

 

 

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Support Commercial Excellence - HCP Education workstream in defining customer-centric training solutions, strategy and implementation in line with Boston Scientific’s commercial efforts in order to digitize and centralize our training and education efforts.
  • Develop education and training programs for physicians and hospital staff on franchise product line in order to cover the learning continuum of the customer buying journey.
  • Lead training and education coordinator at the APAC level bringing together customer centric training programs by mapping the training needs in close conjunction with country and regional marketing teams. The specialist will be responsible for identifying the hybrid learning journey touchpoints such as prerecorded self-paced online modules, webinars, videos, recorded cases, proctoring needs etc. This will be done in close collaboration with the respective divisional marketers, and work towards managing training program (combination of online and offline media) ground up while managing all stakeholders across country, division, IT, DigiX, regional and global teams.
  • Work in conjunction with the Digital COE to identify remote proctoring support in order to complete the learning experience.  Similarly work with business and marketing teams to coordinate on ground case support on site in order to ensure HCPs are hand-held through training programs through to certification.
  • With time, lead the design and execution of cutting-edge differentiating training programs in tune with the latest trends in procedural advancements and customer needs.
  • Develop protocol/procedures for scaling high impact integrated training across APAC markets in line with Boston Scientific EDUCARE and commercial priorities that help expedite awareness and adoption of our products in related therapies.
  • Build relationships with cross functional teams at country, region and globe to define division and country specific training solution requirements, stakeholder management along with legal and regulatory reviews for PSST approvals.
  • Partner with country IT team, regional and global IT resources to lead roll-out of division and country specific training solutions.
  • Influence various functions and levels within the organization with strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Be main point of contact for all coordination on ongoing projects in the EDUCARE workstream.
  • Eventually engage, develop and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to develop a steady stream of course content for the future.
  • Manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work for both training strategy and implementation.
  • Play a thought leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices within the organization.
  • Partner with in-house Omni-channel business analyst, Salesforce specialists, Mobile App platform developers, Website platform developers in order to create the best learning experience platform.

 

Role Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of overall marketing, communications and/or digital experience, with 2 years driving customer-centric integrated marketing plans in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Experience in building and implementing training programs in medical device, biopharma or healthcare fields.
  • Experience in customer management and driving customers through a decision journey.
  • Passion for new technology innovations to optimize digital solutions, and strong execution skills to drive projects through to completion.
  • Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset towards complex challenges.
  • Proven success as part of a cross functional team working in/with a multi-cultural work environment.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across markets in APAC including Japan, China, Australia and Korea.
