The APAC EDUCARE team makes medical education and training accessible for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and internal Sales employees on online learning platforms. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to drive innovative solutions, ensuring that HCPs receive a world-class continuous education experience, so that more patient lives can be saved.


The Product Owner is a go-getter and problem solver extraordinaire who is passionate about healthcare, technology and delivering delightful products. In this high-impact role, the Product Owner does the right thing at the right time in the right way, by leading and influencing the team without authority.


The position will be based out of the APAC Regional office in Singapore. To be successful, the Product Owner builds rapport and trust to establish close cross-functional and regional collaboration. The Product Owner enjoys working with people in-person and virtually, with stakeholders across APAC, the US and EMEA. As the public face of the product, the Product Owner interacts comfortably with HCPs, distributors, vendors, and relevant external parties to have a pulse on our customers, market and industry.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying the correct problems and opportunities, ideating and innovating with the team to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention
  • Co-creating the product vision and product roadmap, in alignment with user needs, APAC business plans and COE roadmap
  • Defining, prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog
  • Owning the end-to-end product development process
  • Monitoring user reaction to the new release, analyzing metrics and platform performance
  • Championing "build, measure, learn" feedback loop to reiterate the overall product strategy
  • Embracing technology, understanding external trends, and assessing & integrating new solutions to continuously improve our product roadmap and wider digital strategy
  • Designing complementary and compliant digital approaches to achieve effective learning journeys, go-to-market and HCP engagement
  • Managing concurrent projects, connecting the dots, driving clarity and progress, bringing people along to achieve common objectives



  • At least 7 years of Product Manager, Agile Methodology and Design Thinking experience
  • At least 5 years of Analytical and Insights experience
  • At least 3 years of UX experience in mobile application design and development
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Enjoys interacting with stakeholders in different time zones, remote teams and users
  • Self-driven, proactive, resilient, and strong sense of ownership
  • Calm under pressure, and strong ability to handle different tasks, priorities and personalities
  • Meticulous, organized, effective, and accountable
  • Coachable, curious, and open-minded


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using JIRA, SalesForce, Google Analytics, and Tableau
  • Experience in a Regional role, interfacing and partnering with Global and Local teams
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience in a Commercial or Finance function
