About the role:
The EP Clinical Selling Specialist plays a key role in expanding adoption and utilization of Boston Scientific’s FARAPULSE Mapping Ecosystem. This field-based role blends deep electrophysiology clinical knowledge with consultative selling skills to support physicians and EP lab staff during procedures while driving strategic growth across a defined geography.
Working closely with regional sales partners, this specialist helps increase mapped case volume, strengthen account engagement, and deliver meaningful clinical value. This role is ideal for individuals energized by electrophysiology, clinical collaboration, and advancing innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes and business performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Provide expert clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures to ensure effective use of mapping systems and associated technologies
● Educate physicians and EP lab staff on mapping workflows, product capabilities, and best practices through in-case support and formal training
● Drive increased mapped case volume and FARAPULSE Mapping Ecosystem utilization by partnering with sales teams to execute territory growth strategies
● Apply consultative selling techniques to identify, advance, and support upsell opportunities within targeted accounts
● Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, and hospital leadership
● Support new site activations, technology conversions, and product launches through strategic case planning and execution
● Provide timely field insights and customer feedback to internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support continuous improvement
● Maintain full compliance with Boston Scientific policies, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements during all clinical activities
● Complete required administrative responsibilities accurately and on time while supporting onboarding and knowledge-sharing across the team
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
● Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
● Minimum of 4 years' experience in electrophysiology, cardiology, or cardiovascular device sales or clinical support
● Demonstrated knowledge of EP lab workflows, procedures, and mapping technologies
● Ability to function effectively in high-acuity clinical environments
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority
● Ability to travel up to 75%
Preferred qualifications:
● Experience supporting EP mapping systems or other complex electrophysiology technologies
● Background in clinical selling, therapy specialization, or field-based clinical consultation
● Hands-on clinical experience in an EP lab, cath lab, ICU, or similar setting
● Relevant industry certifications such as CEPS, RCES, or RCIS

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $100,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
