About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing HR team in Spencer, IN.  This role will manage site-level HR projects to attract, develop and retain talent at our site.  You will work cross functionally to execute and roll out site and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.  This role will work with all levels of the organization and will require you to work onsite. 


Your Responsibilities will Include:    

  • Participates in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines, within budget and by following organized and repeatable procedures.
  • Acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Acts as a liaison with project stakeholders and effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality and utilizing and following appropriate methodologies.
  • Conducts project post mortems and communicates lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.


What We’re Looking for In You:
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 2 + years of HR experience
  • Experience leading and executing projects in a large matrixed environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Ability to handle complex HR issues
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment 
  • PMP Certification or additional HR certifications preferred (SPHR or PHR)
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish a plus
