As a Territory Manager (TM) in our Bariatric and Endoluminal Surgery (BES) business, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative endoscopic solutions that drive better patient outcomes in tissue resection, defect closure, and endobariatrics.

In close collaboration with your BES Region Manager and a cross-functional team of Endoscopy Territory Managers, you will help shape the future of endoluminal care while advancing your career in a purpose-driven, high-impact environment.
This TM will support the state of Missouri (apart from Kansas City), Southern Illinois, and Northwest Arkansas. The ideal candidate will live in the St. Louis area.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through strategic territory planning and execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, product demonstrations, education, in-servicing, and procedural support
• Cultivate connections with a diverse range of stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital administrators, and infection control personnel
• Provide daily procedural support in high-intensity OR and GI Lab environments
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, gastroenterologists, and support staff to drive procedural success
• Partner with the Region Manager and cross-functional Territory Managers to ensure team alignment and customer satisfaction
• Deliver timely updates on business activities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to leadership
• Manage expense and promotional budgets in compliance with company guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reporting
• Complete all administrative tasks and reports in a timely and thorough manner
• Conduct sales activities in full compliance with Boston Scientific’s Travel & Expense, AdvaMed, and Integrity policies
• Commit to weekly travel up to 50%, including occasional evening or weekend participation in trade shows or events
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant business experience
• Minimum of 3 years' direct sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, complex work environment
Preferred qualifications:
• Strong clinical acumen with a desire to stay current on emerging products, procedures, and competitive trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Documented top 10% sales performance in key competencies

Initial minimum compensation for this position is anticipated to start at $113,360.00 inclusive of annualized base salary, certain guarantees, and other non-discretionary performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business considerations or organizational needs.
