Commercial Manager, Endoscopy APAC

Purpose Statement: 

The Regional Marketing Manager APAC is responsible for driving the Endoscopy regional marketing strategy, execution, and performance across key markets in Asia Pacific. This role ensures alignment with global marketing priorities while tailoring programs to regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build awareness, accelerate demand, and support commercial growth across the region

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Regional Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the APAC regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives and regional business priorities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify regional trends, customer insights, competitive positioning, and key growth opportunities.
  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs, budget allocations, and performance measurements.

 

Demand Generation & Campaign Management

  • Lead the planning, localization, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across APAC markets.
  • Partner with sales to create demand generation programs that support pipeline growth and deal acceleration.
  • Leverage digital channels (email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social), events, and content marketing to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

 

Brand & Communications

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all APAC markets while adapting to local cultural and business norms.
  • Oversee regional PR and communications strategy in partnership with global comms and local agencies.
  • Manage thought leadership initiatives including regional content, webinars, customer stories, and executive visibility.

 

Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Build and execute co-marketing activities with regional partners, distributors, resellers, or strategic alliances.
  • Support partner enablement through content, training, and regional activation programs.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure regional execution excellence.
  • Serve as the voice of the region, bringing market needs, customer feedback, and competitive insights to global teams.

 

Budget, Performance & Analytics

  • Manage the APAC marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and regional KPIs.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategy and recommend improvements.

 

 

Requirements: 

  • 8–10 years of marketing relevant experience, with minimum 1–3 years in an APAC regional or multi-market role, within the medical device industry and endoscopy portfolio.
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing (B2C experience may also be considered depending on the industry and the relations to medical device) 

  • Proven track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple APAC markets.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into effective execution.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, regional customer behavior, and channel ecosystems across APAC.

  • Strong project management, analytical, and budget management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions in a matrixed organization.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and complex regional environment.

  • Fluent in English; an additional Asian language such as Mandarin is a plus, as the role supports China and Taiwan within APAC.

  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
