Territory Manager – Expression of Interest | 📍 ANZ

We’re inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced, motivated professionals who would like to be considered for future Territory Manager opportunities across our ANZ business, where you’ll collaborate with passionate experts, work on cutting edge technology, and make a real impact to patients’ lives.

What you’ll do:
🔹 Own and execute strategic territory plans to consistently deliver revenue targets, grow market share, and build a sustainable business.

🔹 Act as a trusted partner to clinicians and hospital stakeholders by leveraging deep product expertise, market insights, and collaborative engagement—while representing Boston Scientific’s values and integrity.

🔹 Complete a structured training program and comprehensive onboarding, apply learning in the field, and maintain a high level of product, technical, clinical, and market knowledge on an ongoing basis

🔹 Contribute to meaningful, life‑changing innovations that improve patient outcomes
🔹 Partner with cross‑functional, high performing teams in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for commercially astute and clinically confident professionals who thrive in agile environments:

🔹Experience in medical device sales is highly regarded

🔹Ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships and quickly develop clinical and product expertise.

🔹Results‑driven professional with a growth mindset – naturally curious, committed to continuous learning and effective at communicating,

🔹Adaptable team player – ability to prioritise and work both autonomously and within high‑performing teams.
