Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in the successful launch and growth of a new medical device product line. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement a well-defined and efficient marketing strategy for the new medical device product line, encompassing aspects such as understanding the customer base, segmenting the market, selecting target audiences, positioning the product, defining its value proposition, and configuring the marketing mix.


Product Launch: Strategize and execute effective product launches, which involve creating marketing materials, providing sales training, and developing strategies for communication with customers.


Customer Insight: Organize and execute voice-of-customer events and conduct field visits to assess customer and field feedback regarding products and the overall market climate.


Demand Forecasting: Create and maintain accurate forecasts for sales and inventory to ensure optimal inventory management and meet market demand effectively.


Business Analysis: Monitor business performance against set objectives and forecasts, and devise novel approaches and strategies when necessary to drive success.


Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to contribute to the formulation of both annual and mid-term operating plans with finance team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, R&D, and supply chain partners, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product plans.


Relationship Building: Establish and nurture key internal and external relationships, including KOLs (key opinion leaders), global HQ and APAC divisional stakeholders.

・Strategic, critical thinking and analytical skills for problem solving
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
・Minimum of 3 years of product management experience
・Native or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 level

Preferred Qualifications:
・3+ years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Electrophysiology field experience is a plus.
・Proven track record of successfully launching and managing medical device products
・Masters of Business Administration
