Purpose of the role:
Lead commercial sales R&R restructuring across CVRM/MedSurg in aligned to the latest business market and strategy.
Be the change agent for enhancing innovative and productive culture over sustained periods of time.

 

Responsibilities:
Lead the selling model transformation project with restructuring execution . Coordinate and oversee cross-divisional/tasl projects for achieving  restructuring goals.
Define and implement long term transformational roadmap through innovation and strategy.
Manage projects related to account segmentation, market analysis, resource allocation, pay structures etc.  Drive execution and create impact at entire organizational level.
Manage KPI review with site leadership. Identify challenges, opportunities, risks, and drive solutions accordingly.
Educate, train, mentor and coach team members on execution, project management, technical learnings, and best practice.
Build strategic relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Leverage this partnership to leverage business performance.

 

Skills & ability:
Strong communication skills at global level. Fluent in both English and Japanese.
Demonstrated ability in supply chain management and project management.
Lean six sigma certified (or experienced)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
