Supply Chain - Program Manager, Supply Chain

 

Roles and Responsibility:

•Lead project planning and execution across CETS. Analyze the voices of customers, convert them to improvement projects and support team members for project execution.
•Lead KPI governance, visualization of both top-line and bottom line in order to make sure organization strategy plan is on-track.
•Design service modelling together with Service Operations (SO) and Technical Assistance Center (TAC), and lead related projects for execution.
•Visualize, analyze, and improve asset efficiency.
•Work with SO manager and TAC manager to plan budget, investments, and human resource plans and ensuring all activities are managed within plan.
•Drive S&OP activity with business divisions as counterpart. Increase customer satisfaction through strengthening the collaboration of CETS and Business Units (BU).
•Achieve globalized organization through closer collaboration with global/APAC counterparts in terms of new product phase-in, supply chain improvement, regional process setup, top-line and bottom-line improvement activities.
•Achieve CETS organizational goals by bridging SO and TAC, collaborate on both technical and non-technical solutions.
 

Experiences & Abilities:

•Over 3 year experience in supply chain related project management
•Experience in healthcare industry is preferred (nice to have)

•Experience in service engineer is preferred (nice to have)
•Japanese: Business level
•English: Business level
•Experience of leading changes on cross-functional level. Capability to drive both strategic and tactical initiatives.
•Experience on working on global projects, which required priorities adjustment and negotiation depends on situation of different countries.
•Experience of process improvement based on quantitative/qualitative analysis, experience of project lead, and good track record of continuous contribution.
•Listen to the voices of customers, seek and propose solutions to problems, and engage with others in order to realize them and be persistent in their efforts.
•Proactively think and negotiate without sticking to existing strategies and processes.
•Interpret changes and move forward. Have business sense to implement change with high flexibility.
•Dare to challenge and have constructive conflicts with BU and global, aim to achieve organizational goals with spirit of customer first.
•Agile, move forward without having all the information.
