JPN_【Supply Chain】Program Manager

Capital Equipment Technical Service (CETS)

Program Manager  

Program manager for CETS (Capital Equipment Technical Services), reports directly to Senior manager of CETS. In charge of driving organization transformation for CETS and leading program management.

 

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Drive organization transformation of CETS team together with groups managers. Draw detailed plans, analyze, evaluate, overcome risk, and close execution to achieve end-game structure.
  • Lead project planning and execution across CETS. Analyze the voices of customers, convert them to improvement projects and support team members for project execution. Produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage budget for projects, ensure ROI meets expectation and align with CETS strategy.
  • Take a lead in working with other managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within Supply Chain department, and take the best action not only for CETS but as a whole.
  • Achieve globalized organization through close collaboration with global/APAC counterparts in terms of new product phase-in, supply chain improvement, regional process setup, top-line and bottom-line improvement activities.
  • Achieve CETS organizational goals by collaborating on both technical and non-technical solutions.

 

Experiences & Abilities:

  • 5 or more years of experience in project management, preferably with 3 or more years in people management.
  • Japanese: Business level, English: Business level
  • Strong change management leadership on cross-functional level. Capability to drive both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Inclusive and capable for strong engagement at different levels.
  • Experience on working on global projects, which required priorities adjustment and negotiation depends on situation of different countries.
  • Experience of process improvement based on quantitative/qualitative analysis, experience of project lead, and good track record of continuous contribution.
  • Listen to the voices of customers, seek and propose solutions to problems, and engage with others in order to realize them and be persistent in their efforts.
  • Proactively think and negotiate without sticking to existing strategies and processes.
  • Interpret changes and move forward. Have business sense to implement change with high flexibility.
  • Able to take measures with large view as well as practical view. Dare to challenge and have constructive conflicts with BU and global, aim to achieve organizational goals with spirit of customer first.
  • Agile, move forward without having all the information.
