HR Generalist (P3-P4)


Role & Responsibilities

Implement or support Human Resources initiatives, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues under HRBP.

Specifically, under the direction of Senior HRBP/HRBP, the following is to be done:

・ Data management of organizational and workforce planning as position management
・ Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
・ Conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to management, and analyze data
・ Introduce and lead change management initiatives with client group leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organization.
・ Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to address and satisfy client group(s) requirements. Apply knowledge of key business drivers in making decisions related to human capital.
・ Coach and consult with management on issues affecting morale, performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.
・ Present, train and/or facilitate workforce development programs.  Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs.
・ Conduct and manage investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.
・ Participate in and facilitate projects across organizations and countries.


具体的には、Senior HRBP/HRBPのもと、以下の業務を行います:

・ 組織・人員計画データの管理 
・ 人材採用とそのプロセスのアシスト
・ 退職インタビューの実施、マネジメントへのフィードバック、データ分析
・ 組織のパフォーマンスと人的資本能力向上を構築するため、社内顧客となる事業部のリーダーと協働し、チェンジマネジメントのイニシアチブの導入やリード
・ 社内顧客の要求を満たすため、キービジネスドライバーとなる知識を用いながらHRのCOEグループと連携
・ 社員の士気、業績、能力開発、組織の有効性に影響を与える問題についてコーチングおよびコンサルティングを行い、原因特定の支援や適切なアプローチを提案
・ 人材開発プログラムの提示、研修、促進。業績管理ツールおよびプロセス、報酬やリワードプログラムに関する社内コミュニケーションと活用のサポート
・ 法的な影響をもたらす可能性のある苦情や懸念の調査および管理を実施。深刻さを評価し、適切な個人を巻き込み、方針と慣行に基づいて適切な対応を促進
・ 組織や国をまたぐプロジェクトに参加し、プロジェクトを円滑に進める


Required Qualifications and Competencies

・ 5+ years of experience in corporate HR or HR consulting with strong business acumen
・ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and flexible manner in a fast-paced environment
・ Strong interpersonal skills to ensure smooth and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, establish excellent relationships, and maintain them in the long term
・ Aptitude in problem-solving
・ Strategic thinking in developing clear mid-term HR strategy 

・ Language
  Japanese:Native or equivalent Japanese language skills in business writing as well as communication and negotiation
  English: Business-level English proficiency sufficient for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and executing projects

・ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel skills for data analysis and validation

・ Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
・ Highly motivated to learn and good footwork with flexibility
・ High awareness of personal and confidential information
・ Bachelors/master’s degree


・ 5年以上の企業人事または人事コンサルティングの経験および優れたビジネス感覚
