【Work Content/Responsibilities】


Communication of Data

  • Understand BSJ and competitive data
  • Ability to speak to a varying range of individuals about highly complex data (physicians, nurses, patients, sales, marketing, leadership)


Market Research and Development

  • Identify customer segmentation and positioning
  • Develop Customer Profiles across Cancer Therapies
  • Clearly communicate steps the organization must take in order to treat the most patients with cancer


Customer Journey Mapping

  • Understand the different specialties performing minimally invasive cancer therapies (IR, Oncologist, Urologists, Hepatologist, etc)
  • Understand the patient flow from diagnosis, to treatment, to follow up


Disease State Road Mapping

  • Understand the variety of cancer therapies BSC treats today and could treat in the future (HCC, RCC, Prostate, Breast, Bone, Lung, Soft Tissue, etc)
  • Understand what therapies are utilized today, what are potential alternative solutions, and which do not have options today


Customer Engagement

  • Identify and partner with a multidisciplinary of KOLs to build a cancer therapy roadmap and guide
  • Uncover customer insights and unmet needs for the treatment of cancer, patient awareness, and patient flow


Product Management

  • Build commercialization plan including targeting, messaging, segmentation, and positioning
  • Training of sales reps and customers on technology, therapy, competitive landscape
  • Forecasting, market modeling, anticipating environmental changes (new product entrants, reimbursement, indication changes




Experience or Background in Oncology or its business (minimum least 7 to 10 years)

  • Specifically in Hepatic Cancer (Liver cancer), and Urologic Cancer (prostate, renal)  is a preferred
  • Understands disease state, and can speak in depth with customers and company
  • Understands cancer patient flow for individuals


Experience in Marketing  (least 3 to 5 years)

  • Experience working in Marketing Role
  • Understands customer (Medical Oncologist, Hepatologist, Radiologist)
  • Product launch experience
  • Pipeline marketing experience (identify customer needs, input on product design)


Leadership Qualities

  • Can navigate matrix organization
  • Can manage broad responsibility across KOLs, market research, and some product management
  • Passion to support, develop, and grow people and the business
