Business Process Analyst I

About the role:
The role of the Business Process Analyst will be to identify, troubleshoot and drive process improvement related to SAP (S4 Hana) focusing on the various logistics processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing and shipping).

This is an on-site role located in Brampton, ON

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot system issues (SAP and EWM) within the end-to-end-supply chain
• Escalate and/or work with the run team on complex issues
• Assists in integration, system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing
• Train end users on system enhancements
• Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize and automate tools and processes
• ‘Go to’ person for all things SAP and EWM
• Participates in special projects as they arise

Required qualifications:

• Post Secondary diploma or 1-3 years practical experience
• Working knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana) and EWM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Continuous improvement mindset and be able to manage change as the team and organization grow
• Understanding of Lean methodology and utilize lean principles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain
