As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by providing best-in-class support and service. Please note that this is a 12-month contract hybrid role based out of Brampton, ON.

 

Key Responsibilities:
⦁    Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone
⦁    Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system
⦁    Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s order is processed and filled in a timely manner
⦁    Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner
⦁    Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries

 

 Required Qualifications:
⦁    Post secondary education
⦁    2-3 years’ experience in customer care
⦁    Bilingualism in French/English (including written and verbal communication)
⦁    Knowledge of ERP systems
⦁    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
⦁    Excellent organizational and communication skills
⦁    Superior problem-solving
⦁    Strong attention to detail

 

 Preferred Qualifications
⦁    Working knowledge of SAP (S4)
⦁    Medical industry experience
⦁    Knowledge of electronic ordering methods (Esker, EDI, GHX, GFAX)
⦁    Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
⦁    Knowledge of consignment transfer / billing
