About the role:
This is an onsite Warehouse Representative position that will support daily operations of the Distribution Center. The role involves performing a variety of warehouse tasks to ensure efficiency and organized operations, including receiving, localization, put away, replenishment, and shipping of goods. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a fully on-site work model, requiring employees to be in our Brampton office five days per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, unload, inspect, and verify incoming inventory, ensure accuracy
- Properly store products in designated locations to maintain an organized warehouse
- Order fulfilment, pick, pack and PGI shipment. Ensuring accuracy and quality
- Localization of products & repack
- Complete training requirements and adhere to SOP/WI
- Work in team environment and respecting everyone
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to promote efficiency and workplace safety
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory management experience.
- Experience using SAP S/4 and RF scanning technology.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs. using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and shipments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Ability to work onsite as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in warehouse or distribution operations.
- Proven track record of dependability and attendance.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for salaried, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for sales roles is governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).
