About the role:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the Benelux region for the definition and implementation of strategies, tactics and programs that will enable the further adoption and growth of business in the market enabling on a multi-disciplinary strategic approach with initial attention on Closure, Bariatrics & Cholangioscopy. Focus on Society & KOL relationship development reimbursement and referral pathways and patient demand / awareness generation. 


Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Cluster Marketing Lead, the Marketing Team, country leaders and EMEA to develop a fully detailed country business strategy with initial attention to Closure, Endobariatrics & Cholangoscopy include stated objectives and action plans, inclusive of the market mapping and market research, identifying trends, competitors, potential gaps and exploiting new opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Coordinate with local country leaders to plan and execute expansion of the business also supporting the field sales organization training when needed. 
  • Support the execution of physician and staff training and education, patient education events when necessary.
  • Manage the development and implementation of KOL advisory boards, customer programs, and networks. 
  • Execute key Society engagement & management strategies & tactics to support the advocacy.
  • Support reimbursement initiatives within the country/region, in partnership with country and regional EMEA HEMA teams. 
  • Execute ongoing identification of new opportunities and markets to be explored, offering understanding, tracking of competitors and market shifts, review of the broad strategic direction. 


What we are looking for:

  • A seasoned, experienced professional with previous Market Development Management experience, expertise, and ideally with existing KOL network in the field of Endoscopy.
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge of a particular field to resolve complex issues in creative ways. 
  • Full knowledge of other related disciplines. Uses in-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross group dependencies/relationships.
  • Is located in the region.
  • Required languages: Dutch, English, ideally French.
