As Sales Manager Neuromodulation for the Netherlands, you will lead and drive all sales and customer-related activities for our Neuromodulation business, covering Pain Therapies (Spinal Cord Stimulation and Radiofrequency Ablation) as well as Deep Brain Stimulation. You will be responsible for developing and coaching your team to achieve ambitious growth targets while strengthening Boston Scientific’s market position in the Netherlands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You lead, manage and develop the Dutch Neuromodulation team.
- You will drive and monitor national sales performance, manage quarterly forecasts and implement corrective strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales growth plans.
- You create innovative business approaches for the Dutch market, partnering across divisions to anticipate market dynamics and trends.
- You set up business strategies, prepare and execute the annual operating plan in line with the mid-to long-term divisional and EMEA business plans.
- You build and maintain relationships with major stakeholders and decision-makers at key accounts, resulting in profitable business ventures and deals.
- You will be a member of the Netherlands Country Leadership team.
- You will help us accelerate our customer-centricity journey to distinguish ourselves from the competition by providing customer excellence and value.
What we are looking for in you:
- You have a proven track record in commercial management roles in Medical Devices, ideally in the field of Neuromodulation.
- You hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical sciences, neurosciences, engineering, business or comparable education.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the neuromodulation market in the Netherlands, including dynamics, competitors, and key customers.
- You have a strong commercial and strategic business mindset, whilst at the same time are razor sharp in execution and delivery.
- You display a deep understanding of the Dutch medical, hospital, and reimbursement environment, with strong connections to key stakeholders.
- You have demonstrated solid financial and business acumen.
- You possess excellent communication and organizational skills and can deal with ambiguity and multiple demands.
- You lead by example and can build and nurture high-performing and engaging teams.
- You are fluent in English, and Dutch language skills are a strong asset.
